Classroom Liaisons
What is a Classroom Liaison?
A volunteer who helps coordinate the three classroom celebrations (Halloween 10/31/23, Winter 12/19/23, and Valentine's Day 2/14/24).
Each class at Bradford K-4 will have at least one (up to two) Classroom Liaison(s).
**In the even that more than two people are interested in the Classroom Liaison position we will have a randomized drawing to select.**
What does a Classroom Liaison do throughout the year?
Receive information from Bradford PTA Celebrations Committee and relay information to other volunteers.
Recruit volunteers for the three classroom celebrations.
Inform the teacher of plans for celebrations and coordinate setup.
Relay any PTA related questions from the classroom to the PTA.
Provide an "opt-in" classroom contact list that will allow parents/guardians to share their information if they choose.
You do not need to attend every celebration to be a Classroom Liaison. However, as a Classroom Liaison you are responsible for ensuring the celebrations are planned and executed.
